SSEC Registration fees includes:

  • Admission to all technical sessions and coffee breaks
  • Spring school bag with program and lecture notes booklet,
  • Accommodation at Kervansaray Hotel between 21-26 April 2014 (5 nights), with all inclusive concept (all meals and unlimited drinks).
  • Registration fee waiver for ICSM2014 will be provided to the students who are elected to participate at SSEC. Please note that this waiver cannot be transferred and does not include accommodation.

You can make payments by credit cards or Bank Transfer.


You can take advantage of early registration discounted fees until 14th February, 2014.

No registration can be assumed as valid without payment.

The deadline for the Late Registration fee is April 11, 2014.

If you are entitled to pay a student fee, please remember that you must provide appropriate documentary evidence. STUDENTS should provide a copy of their valid student ID card together with their registration details. Please send all documentary evidence to: [email protected] (Mr. Ercan Ertekin).

If you are unable to attend to SSEC you can cancel your registration, within certain limits and conditions (see the Cancellation Policy terms below).

Name changes will be allowed no later than April 4, 2014.

It is the sole responsibility of the registrant to obtain a valid visa prior to departure from his/her Country.

SSEC organizers accept no responsibility or liability for incidents occurring before during or after conference activities. Registrants should ensure they have adequate insurance.


All cancellations must be made in writing – no telephone call will be accepted.

Registration fees will be entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid, net of bank charges. The deadline to claim a refund is March 20, 2014. Cancellations received after the mentioned deadline will not be eligible for any refund.


All registration payments are in Euros (EUR). Euro is the only accepted currency.

You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. Preferred method of payment is bank transfer and please see the details below. If you prefer to pay via credit card, please contact to Mr. Ercan Ertekin from [email protected].

Bank Transfer Details:

The bank’s fees for the money transfer must be paid by the sender. If the amount you send is incorrect and not sufficient to cover your registration fee your registration will not be valid. In the Reason for payment, please write your NAME. Only in this way it will be possible to match your payment with your registration.

Cash and credit card payments will be also available for on-site payments.

Conference bags and badges can be picked up at the Registration Desk which will open on April 21st, 2014.
